THE SERVICE
Partwerk provides member classifieds, messaging, build logs, a forum, a parts index and selected Storefront profiles. Partwerk is not the buyer, seller, payment provider, delivery service or owner of listed goods.

TERMS OF USE.
These terms apply when you create an account, publish content, contact another member or otherwise use Partwerk.
ELIGIBILITY, ACCEPTANCE AND ACCOUNTS
You must be at least 18. By selecting the registration confirmation and creating an account, you confirm that minimum age and accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and Community Rules in the versions shown at registration. Partwerk records the acceptance time and policy version. You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and remain responsible for activity under your account.
PHYSICAL-GOODS TRANSACTIONS
Members independently agree price, payment, collection, shipping, returns and any warranties. Verify identity, condition, authenticity, legality and fitment before committing. Never use pressure tactics or misrepresent an item.
YOUR CONTENT
You retain ownership of content you submit and confirm that you have the right to use it. You grant Partwerk the limited permission needed to host, display, process and moderate that content while operating the service.
SAFETY AND MODERATION
Counterfeits, scams, stolen goods, threats, hate, harassment, doxxing, dangerous deception and spam are prohibited. Partwerk may screen, reject, hide, remove or preserve content and may restrict accounts to protect members and enforce the rules.
AVAILABILITY
The service may change or be interrupted for maintenance, security or circumstances outside reasonable control. Parts Index information and member content are informational; independently verify critical details.
ENDING USE, RESPONSIBILITY AND LAW
You may delete your account in the app. Partwerk may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or create safety or legal risk. To the extent permitted by applicable law, each member remains responsible for their own content and transactions. These terms are governed by Federal Republic of Germany, without removing mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
